*Deposits are required to secure a date for a hunt.

*Free Range deposits are $1,250 and Preserve deposits are $1,000.

*Deposits are non-refundable.

*Hunts on the Free Range must be paid in full before the hunt takes place.

*Preserve Hunts must be paid after the hunt is completed.

*Blood is as good as a kill on the preserve and the hunter will be charged full price at that time.

*Meat prep is not included in the price of the hunt.  Several meat lockers are within 20 miles of the Lodge and hunters are encouraged to use them.  If you do not want the meat, we will find someone who does.

*On the preserve, animals will be field dressed and skinned by the guides. This service is not provided for the free range.

*If you would like to use our taxidermist, Rick Lowry of Rick’s Taxidermy, to do your mount- we can freeze the cape and get it to him.  He is an excellent taxidermist that is affordable and will be sure to make you happy. Here are some examples of what he can do.
